BREAKING: Coyotes Buyout Player

The Arizona Coyotes have placed a player on unconditional waivers with the intention of buying him out.

Coyotes insider Craig Morgan just revealed that the Coyotes have placed Liam Kirk on unconditional waivers.

Kirk is an English-born hockey player who impressed through the British ranks and eventually, the Coyotes selected him in the 7th round of the 2018 draft.

He never wound up playing a game for the Coyotes but he did play on their AHL affiliate. Last season, he played one game in the AHL, 15 in the ECHL, and 25 games in the Finnish LIIGA. He also scored 10 points for Great Britan in the IIHF D1 World Championship.
