Petry Goes To Detroit
The Montreal Canadiens have announced that they have traded Jeff Petry to the Detroit Red Wings.
The Canadiens have acquired defenseman Gustav Lindström and a conditional 4th-round pick in 2025 in exchange for defenseman Jeff Petry.
Petry was recently traded to the Canadiens as a part of the Erik Karlsson trade and has now been flipped to Detroit. He is coming off of a 31 point season that saw him play only 61 games.
