The Toronto Maple Leafs have seemingly been trying everything to make the jump to Stanley Cup heroes over the past decade, but nothing has worked, and this off-season, it led to the departure of General Manager Kyle Dubas.
New Coaching Staff

Along with that, the team added several new coaches along with former Flames General Manager Brad Treliving, but made the shocking choice to keep Head Coach Sheldon Keefe on staff.
Joining Keefe on the staff is Guy Boucher and Mike Van Ryn, who give this team one of the more complete staff's in the entire NHL, and Keefe wasn't too shy about sharing his happiness over the moves.

A shot at Dubas?
When asked about the staff, Keefe gladly professed that this was as complete a staff as he has had in his time with the Leafs, and given how in control Dubas was there, it's hard not to see this as a thinly veiled shot at him.
Dubas is now in Pittsburgh and the Leafs have seemingly moved on, but given the tension and criticism that surrounded him in Toronto, it appears it wasn't as clean a break as some thought, with Keefe seeming much happier about his situation this off-season.
