Friedman Confirms Who the Leafs Interviewed So Far to be GM

The search for a new GM is well underway in Toronto, and it has been reported that the Leafs have started interviewing some candidates for the job.

Insider Elliotte Friedman reported on his popular podcast 32 Thoughts which contenders spoke with Toronto.

Joseph Zita reported some new and interesting developments on Twitter:

It's confirmed that Brad Treliving, Marc Bergevin, and Doug Wilson all met with the Leafs for the position.

There is also another person who was interviewed, but we don't have their identity yet.

If we follow the trend, it must be an experienced GM. The first three have all been in the NHL for many years and are known to be able to make the tough calls.
