Major Owner Has a Bid in Motion to relocate the coyotes to a surprising city

With the Coyotes relocation looking more evident as the days goes by, some owners have shown interest in acquiring an NHL team. See where the Yotes may relocate to!

With all of the uncertainty that comes with the Coyotes future, it appears relocation is imminent.

There are some front runners for the Coyotes relocation in Houston and Quebec City. On top of these two, there have been a plethora of cities interested in being the home of the Coyotes franchise.

In a tweet yesterday, one owner really showed what they want.

Salt Lake City is certainly a dark horse but they do make some sense. The Utah Jazz play NBA basketball in Salt Lake City and many NBA arenas can be converted to hockey rinks with renovations.

While Salt Lake City could help the NHLs partnership with southern sports, it adds a level of difficulty with the team because they will have to share with the Jazz and it is very difficult to schedule with the current NBA and NHL teams that share arenas.
