Keegan Kolesar May Face Suspension After Dirty Hit

Golden Knight forward, Keegan Kolesar, may be suspended because of a dirty and dangerous hit on Oilers defenseman Matias Ekholm.

Last night at the end of the 2nd period, Keegan Kolesar laid a brutal hit on Matias Ekholm

This is a clear boarding penalty and Kolesar was given a 5 minute major and a game misconduct.

The Oilers scored on the following powerplay but were unable to tie up the game and ended up losing to the Knights 4-3.

Kolesar is lucky Edmonton didn't score twice on the major as that type of hit as no place in the game.
