Bruins Reporter Suggests Blockbuster Trade of Charlie McAvoy
When people talk about trade chips on any given NHL team, your star players aren't usually the ones who get brought up. It's usually the 3rd and 4th line guys, maybe some prospects and draft picks, but never your #1 defenseman or top line guys. This Bruins reporter seems to differ in that opinion, and has just proposed a massive trade that would shake the NHL to its core.
PLD for McAvoy?!?

That's right, the trade proposal in question involved the Bruins trading star defenseman Charlie McAvoy in exchange for star Quebecois center Pierre-Luc Dubois. The trade itself would be contingent on Dubois having a contract extension in place at the time of the trade, but still, that's a massive trade!
Fans didn't seem to be too keen on this trade proposal, and were sure to let him know in the replies.
