Goalie fights are a special occurrence in hockey.

Sure, fights happen all the time; it's a pillar in the sport, and we are proud of that fact. But when a goalie fight breaks out, that really gets the people going.

We witnessed a sort of solar eclipse if you will, when two goalies on the same team started chucking bombs at one another mid-game. I've truly never seen anything like it.

Perhaps, this was a "winner starts next game" type of scenario. Perhaps, these two just don't like one another.

After #01 pummeled his goaltending partner, he fought another member of his own team. What an absolute savage.

The Toronto Maple Leafs could use that kind of grit, in my opinion.
