The NHL announced today that Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe was fined $25,000 for 'demeaning conduct directed at officials' in Tuesday night's game against the St. Louis Blues.

Keefe tore into the officiating crew after a blatant high-stick was missed. Leafs forward Zach Aston-Reese was on the receiving end of a Brandon Saad stick, and Aston-Reese was leaking afterwards, which would have qualified for a 4:00 powerplay for Toronto.

So, Keefe was rightfully upset, as it could have been game-changing blunder. Fortunately for Toronto, they were able to defeat the Blues in overtime.
