The Vegas Golden Knights have signed defenceman Connor Corcoran to a three-year, entry-level deal, general manager Kelly McCrimmon announced Monday afternoon.

McCrimmon, 19, has spent the last four seasons playing with the Windsor Spitfires in the OHL. This past season saw him post career highs in goals (19), assists (35) and plus minus(+11). He topped his career high by 22 points despite playing in just 62 games this season. The Beeton, Ontario native was ninth in the entire league among defenceman for points this season.

The 6-foot-three defenceman has been a part of the Golden Knights organization since they selected him in the fifth round (154th overall) of the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.
