No one on Earth has ever criticized Brendan Gallagher for playing too soft.

Well, I don't know that that is 100% true, but it does ring true over his NHL career. Gallagher has made a living playing hard and hungry hockey, especially around the other team's net. To boot, the Habs forward has a reputation of getting under the skin of the other team, and in Montreal's 5-2 win over Vancouver, it's safe to say Canucks goalie Thatcher Demko was sick of him.

All told on the play, Gallagher received two-for-roughing, while Demko and Ekman-Larsson both received two-for-roughing (Demko's served by Höglander), sending Montreal to the powerplay.
