The NHL's Department of Player Safety announced today that Islanders' forward Casey Cizikas has been fined the maximum allowable amount - under the NHL's collective bargaining agreement - for goaltender interference.

Cizikas ran into Chicago's Alex Stalock, taking the goaltender out of the game to injury. The Islanders took this one by a score of 3-1, earning their fourth straight win to put them at 6-4 on the year.
