Peter DeBoer to become next head coach of Dallas Stars
Former San Jose Sharks and Vegas Golden Knights head coach Peter DeBoer is landing a new head coaching gig with the Dallas Stars.
According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Stars announced the news on Sunday night after stating they would not bring back their coaching staff on May 20.

DeBoer was fired by the Golden Knights back in May after the team missed the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs. During his time in Vegas, the team went 98-50-12 (.650). During his career he is also well above .500 going 513-379-123 (.566) in 1015 games coaching with the Knights, Sharks, Devils, and Panthers.
