Free agent Andrei Kuzmenko to interview with two Canadian teams; decision coming very soon

Highly sought after free agent Andrei Kuzmenko is reportedly close to making a decision on which NHL team he will sign with, but first, he has at least four more interviews according to TSN's Darren Dreger.

Dreger says that Kuzmenko will be interviewing with the Vancouver Canucks, Edmonton Oilers and two more US-based teams this week. Kuzmenko met with the Los Angeles Kings recently.

Kuzmenko, 26, spent the 2021-22 season in the KHL with SKA St. Petersburg where he had 53 points (20 goals, 33 assists), ten penalty minutes and was a plus-fifteen in 45 games. He went on to add fourteen points in sixteen playoff games.
