Disturbing Scene in Boston as Trent Frederic is Allegedly Choked on the Ice

Wednesday night's game 2 between the Florida Panthers involved a very disturbing scene. Panthers forward Ryan Lomberg was seen allegedly choking Bruins forward Trent Frederic during a scrum at the end of last night's 6-3 Panthers victory.

You can see in the video of the incident that Frederic was struggling to move as Lomberg piles on top of him.

Following this incident there has been no supplemental discipline and it's unclear on whether Lomberg actually choked Frederic but he will likely be receiving some attention from the Bruins in game 3. He has also likely been added to the long list of villains for the Bruins.

This situation has just added more hate to the already intense series between the Panthers and the Bruins. Game 3 should bring more of the same with all the wounds being so fresh.
