Elias Lindholm has gotten interest from all around the league and a new team has been revealed.
Lindholm's Presence
Among the players left on the trade market, Elias Lindholm is by far the best center. Coming off of a 62-point year, he saw a drop in production after the departure of his linemates Matthew Tkachuk and Johnny Gaudreau.
Due to this and the Flames' locker room turmoil, Lindholm has made it clear he would need to be overpaid to stay in Calgary. Now, teams from all over the NHL are calling to see if they could get Lindholm from the Flames.
New Team Interested
Lyle Richardson of The Hockey News has provided us with a major update regarding which teams are interested in Lindholm.

While it has been known the Bruins have been interested in Lindholm, the Capitals are a new team interested.
They have a center core consisting of Nicklas Backstrom and Evgeny Kuznetsov and are looking to move on from Kuznetsov.
If they decided to do a swap of Kuznetsov and Lindholm, they could be the perfect trade partners considering how both players are coming off down years.
