The Boston Bruins may be parting ways with one of their top goaltenders this offseason if the price tag is too expensive.
Swayman May Hit The Road
A recent rumor has surfaced stating what the Boston Bruins' plans for their number two goalie, Jeremy Swayman, is if his arbitration case goes poorly.
-
Swayman recently filed for arbitration and he is quite a ways away from what the Bruins are looking for.

What Swayman Deserves
While it is objective on what one can think Swayman deserves, almost everybody can agree Boston's $2 million lowball was far too little.
Swayman is coming off of a season where he posted a .920 sv% and 2.27 GAA as a backup. Among all goaltenders to play at least 35 games, Swayman finished 4th in sv% and 3rd in GAA.
He played at an elite level when he did get action and for that, he should be receiving closer to his $4.8 million ask from Boston.
If he gets what he deserves, the Bruins will likely need to move on from him in exchange for cheaper options.
Will Swayman be awarded under or over 4 million dollars.
