The Detroit Red Wings announced a new signature in the last few minutes.
Yzerman and the Red Wings Sign Veteran Goaltender
The organization shared on X that they've signed the goaltender Michael Hutchinson to a one-year, two-way deal.
Hutchinson, 33, played for the Grand Rapids Griffins this season, where he had a 5-7-1 record, a 2.98 goals-against average, an 0.895 save percentage, and one shutout.
He also took part in two preseason games with the Red Wings, signed to a professional tryout agreement.
