During the 1st period of tonight's game between that Tampa Bay Lightning and New York Rangers, Jacob Trouba was sent to the dressing room after slamming his head on the ice. On the play it appears Corey Perry comes up behind Trouba and their legs collide.

Perry's leg appears to push Trouba's leg forward and off balance. Trouba then falls face first to the ice. Trouba appears immediately shaken on his way to the bench. Trouba eventually leaves the game and heads to the dressing room. It's unclear if it was the concussion spotter or Trouba himself who pulled him from the game.

There was no penalty on the play and as of now Trouba is yet to return to the game.
