Believe there will not be any further discipline for Evander Kane from the NHL. He will be heading to Edmonton to sign with the Oilers. Announcement from league and team could come as early as today. Likely tomorrow. @TimCPeel20 was on it earlier.— Irfaan Gaffar (@irfgaffar) January 27, 2022
Evander Kane has been skating in Vancouver as he waits for NHL's investigation.
Given he's not suspended, Kane ready to sign ASAP & could play as soon as this weekend. He's down to two finalists, but multiple sources tell ESPN they'll be shocked if Kane doesn't sign in Edmonton.— Emily Kaplan (@emilymkaplan) January 27, 2022
