On Monday, Canada revealed their roster for the tournament as they look to win back-to-back Women's World Championship titles for the first time since 2001 and 2004 (no tournament in 2002 due to Winter Olympics, no tournament in 2003 due to SARS outbreak).

Canada will be in Group A alongside the United States, Finland, Switzerland and Japan. Meanwhile, Group B will consist of Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Denmark and Sweden.
They'll play their first game of the tournament against Finland on August 25th, followed by Switzerland on August 27th, Japan on August 28th before wrapping up the preliminary round against the United States on August 30th.
