More members of the Ottawa Senators have tested positive for COVID-19. According to Alex Prewitt of Sports Illustrated, three of those are players, while the other is an unidentified member of the staff. These are in addition to the two players that the team previously announced had contracted the Corona Virus. No names have ever been made public.

Prewitt adds while results were just received Wednesday, everyone who tested positive has since recovered. Other than Ottawa, the only other team to announce positive tests has been the Colorado Avalanche.

The NHL recently extended the self-isolation period for players to April 15th, the second extension of the initial period that was supposed to end on March 27th.

An official release from the team states "The Ottawa Senators' medical team continues to monitor players and staff and are following all appropriate and professional guidelines to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and the greater community."
