Travis Hamonic will become an unrestricted free agent on July 28th, and instead of limiting his options to just Western Canada, the 30-year-old is willing to listen to offers from any team in the league. That's according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.

"Word is that Travis Hamonic, who has opted to stay in Western Canada the last few seasons, is willing to consider all options if he hits the market. VAN still has time to re-sign." Friedman said in a tweet on Wednesday night.

The St. Malo, Manitoba native has spent the past four seasons in Western Canada, three with Calgary, and one with Vancouver after he wanted to be closer to his family.

He signed with the Canucks on the eve of the 2020-21 season for one-year at $1.25 million. In 38 games this season, Hamonic recorded 10 points (3 G, 7 A), 39 penalty minutes, and was a -3.
